The land in the area is getting harder and harder to find. The are has changed a good bit. There are some lots available are you looking for a subdivision or acreage. There are many options and with financing for just land being tougher then before and it was not easy then either you will be looking at a 25-50 percent down payment. North Richland Hills TX right now has one of the best seller markets in our North Texas areas when looking at the absorption rates so deals there are not that easy.
A list might be one step but you might want to talk with a lender who does land loans, then you need to have the zoning around the land looked at. Oh, yeah and the mineral rights issues. Are you a Vet? There is Texas Vet money a bit of a hoop to jump but a good program if you are.
