Hulen Bend is a great neighborhood with good amenities. The Toll road is not just going to affect you but so many other neighborhoods in FW as well. Our city is one of the top places Company's are relocating to and our economy is thriving. The Toll Road will boost our growth and add value to our residential neighborhoods as well as retail neighborhoods. People who have previously thought Hulen Bend was too far down Hulen, are now telling me how accessible it will be.

We need this change! Fort Worth is growing.

Jack I can see you are in Seattle and it will be hard for you to come to Fort Worth to pick up a list of foreclosures so best thing is to go to and go to the properties condition report. It will inform you the conditions of the properties. It will also inform you if the property is insured 203K which means they will allow you money back for repairs.
