I would suggest that you contact the local police department for the most accurate info on crime. Also you are asking for crime info in Arizona but post the question in Texas.

Be aware that scams do exist; be mindful that such web sites are third party sites, they are not real estate companies and are used for advertising purposes; the information is fed by various sources, therefore data is not really verified. If you choose not to work with an agent of your own always verify ownership before exchanging any money/personal information--make certain they are who they claim to be. Never wire any money, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. For scam related information see link.

Hi Edith,

Don't know what the crime rate is over there, but move to Texas and enjoy our state for all it has to offer. If you use me as your agent, I will pay you a $500-$2,000 cash rebate at closing (restrictions apply, call for details).

Also, call me 24/7. I personally answer my phone at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning.

Happy House hunting!!

I would be interested in what your history is after the foreclosure, and what the circumstances of the foreclosure were.

If the household income is near $80K you may not be eligible for a USDA loan because of the income cap, even if there are kids in the family.

I would wonder about your debt ratio, if you make a good income but only have $2000 in savings. You'll need about $3500 to fund your escrow account.

I don't want to sound harsh, but you've had a foreclosure, and as soon as possible want to buy a home, with no money saved. Take a look at your budget and see if more can be saved, or pay debt.

If you can get the escrows saved (~$3500) it would go long way for me to help with the rest. Check out my company's website at

Lowscore answered:
Hi John, No I found a better home but now facing funding issues. This has been the worst experience ever for me in buying a home but hopefully it all pays off in 2 - 3 weeks.

I was approved for loan back in march but with different issues involving sellers I finally found a house which was my third offer. It is now June was suppose to close on 6/29 but because my credit had been pulled so many times by the lender and they were hard hits. It lowered my score and so they are now unable to provide funding. The original lender has been so good to me she found someone willing to fund my loan so now crowsing my fingers it is processed quickly because my lease will be up soon. ... more
