If the listing Realtor said it was under contract, then it probably is. Just because it's still listed on the public websites (ie: Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow) doesn't mean it's still available.... they just haven't taken the add down yet.

If you want to double-check, you can have your agent contact the listing agent, just to confirm... or if you're not currently working with an agent, contact the listing agent and tell them about your concerns.

We are getting questions like this every darn day.

The Buyer's Agents costs you nothing, but not having one can cost you a lot.

Go talk to the Title Company, they have should have your money. You did give the money to a Title Company, didn't you?
