Hi Shirley,

It depends on your detail financial situation. I can connect you with local lenders that I typically work with. Feel free to reach out to me if you are interested.

Courtney,

The average days on the market is 41 days. However, this is not going to be an accurate measurement to use for your home, if you are trying to sell or buy a home. You have to look at each subdivision and each individual home separately. Let me know if you need help in purchasing or selling a home in this area, my office is within close proximity.

Best,

Home Loan Holly answered:
Yes but there are caveats to this. The main concern will be the condition of the property. VA will not guarantee a home that is not in livable condition. If the appraisal comes back from the VA appraiser as "subject to" then any repairs needed will be covered at the buyers expense. The appraisal has to be in "as is" status before the VA will guarantee this. Also will need to have utitlies on as well. ... more

Hi Leo,

I'm not sure I'm understanding you. I would suggest that you talk to your lender about you needing a short loan.

Don't buy a rent to own and possibly lose the house to fraud from the seller. Pay your bills on time, save your money and in a year you can qualify for a FHA loan. Talk with any lender for the real facts, but it isn't that hard unless you don't have provable income, but then you won't be able to get owner financing if you can find it either without proving income. The housing market is so HOT right now, Sellers don't have to sell Owner Fiance. Do the right thing....WAIT.

Hi Davo,

This is just an older area where most people either want to be in Plano when the locatin is all the way to to 635. Or be in central dallas. That part of town in Coit has a lot of older rental complexes too. That is one of the reason why it driving the price down.

If you go down to Royal and 75 - price wil be more than double! Its just depends on what you are looking for.

Good luck with your search

Thanks

A hidden jewel -- the ENCLAVE AT GROVE HILL is the only NEW GATED COMMUNITY that is INNER CITY. the community is 4 miles to downtown. DAVID WEEKLEY is the home builder and is well known in the Houston and Dallas market. This community can be found at the intersection of LAWNVIEWN @ GROVE HILL; you can build a brand new home or buy and existing home. This is a surprise to a lot of folks - even the Dallas Police stats for 2009 show this community experience's the least amount of crime compare to the rest of the City! Folks call this community THE NEW EAST DALLAS........i hope this helps you out? Most important, do your research. one more thing, i'm not an agent just and person involved in his community ... more
