Average days on the market for zip code 75209 is 48 days. However, having said that, this number is not going to be an accurate measurement on days on the market for a particular property as every subdivision is different and every property is also different.

Safe is such a relative word.....it's only a problem when you are a victim. Dallas is a big city so crime is everywhere.

I only know of one condo that is close to shopping where you would want to walk. That is right behind Inwood Village.

If you look at the statistics for the past 6 months (and remember we had the traditionally slow period of the winter in conjunction with some uncertaintly politically and economically) those homes that are currently on the market have been sitting on average about 84days with a range from 19days to 230 days. For those homes that have sold in Devonshire with square footage similar to yours, about 82 days. Many homes had been marketed towards builders for lot value-now we are seeing that area slow down and more interest in properties in move-in condition or for remodeling. We have seen a strong market this spring and now would be the time to put your home on the market to take advantage of the Spring-Summer seasons.
