It is difficult to find, but not impossible. Are you interested in a newer home, or one of the Grand Old Ladies of Waxahachie. I believe that the other consideration would be the ability to show that you have or can save the amount that would be necessary for a down payment. Now in Texas there is no legal way to do "lease to own". But owner finance is allowed. It would be important to work with an agent who will take these needs into consideration, and have the patience to find the home that you want to make your permanent home, and also the seller who can and will accept the particular situation that controls your decision.
