The credit requirements for USDA rural development loans are highly flexible. While the USDA official guidelines state no particular credit score requirement, the lenders actually underwriting a rural home loan may ask for a credit score above 600. Our home is gorgeous and has so many ammenities of which Truila is apparently unaware. You arre appraising/ guessing at the value with grossly inaccurate information. The price you are showing is what, around 60 dollars a square foot? You do not have my permission to make these erroneous reports on my property.
