The Tribute is now shaping up into a beautiful neighborhood. I don't know that I'd call it 'very early stages' anymore. Are you planning a trip to Texas from New York this Summer? If not, I can send you some video of The Tribute and how things are shaping up. Rooftops go up quickly, and our part of the country did not drop far in the recession and bounced back very quickly. We're selling homes and getting into multiple offer situations on our listings again - a much different story than this time last Summer when lending rules changed and gas prices shot to $4.50 per gallon. I lived behind The Tribute on Lewisville Lake for 9 years in a little lakeside community called Wynnwood Haven. It was wonderful. Civilization creeped in on us with the planning stages of The Tribute in 2006, and we moved out North to Prosper. Love it, too. It's hard to make a bad decision in the North Dallas suburban cities.
