UpNest Top Realtors answered:
Hi, Commission rates are negotiable and can vary. The key to negotiating the best rate is to compare and interview several agents in your local area. We started UpNest (http://www.upnest.com) to help you compare top agents that compete to earn your business. Since agents compete for you, they offer their very best rates and services. You'll also get to ""comparison shop"" like you do for all the other things you usually pay for. It's free and there's no risk to try us out, Good luck! http://www.upnest.com

You can also find out the average commission rate for your area here: http://www.upnest.com/re/realtor-commissions/

T.E. & Naima Sumner answered:
This area is surrounded by housing of all types. The local airport is just south of Interstate-20 (I-20) and west of Texas 360 (SH-360).

There are many houses in the surrounding area you would find nice, even as far as Grand Prairie or further south of the area.

Please check out the rentals available using the link below. Click on Arlington or Grand Prairie (maybe Mansfield, too) and let me know if we can help you.

Cheers

Frank Zhu answered:
Usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks to close a loan. It really depends on how many loans are in the pipeline for each lender. Also it depends on the communication between the processor and the buyer to get the docs ready to go for the underwriter to review.

We offer $500 flat fee at www.mylendingplace.com with conventional loan. We also do FHA loan if you are looking for that.
