The home at 7752 Silverbrook is not available. It is owned by the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. (a VA foreclosure) It was owned by Kimberly Gibson and foreclosed on 12/1/2009. Citi mortgage took over the home and the VA, with it's guarantee took over the home on 12/7/2009. It has been in limbo ever since.
It's hard to say why it is not on the market and the only the owner ( Veteran Affairs) can answer that question.
Give me a call if you have anymore questions. And remember, their are plenty of other foreclosures out there and this is a great time to buy.

I would hire a Realtor to help you with this. It doesn't cost you anything. A buyer's agent commission is typically paid by the seller (or in this case, the bank). Ask your friends, family or coworkers for the name of a good Realtor. Or, I'd be happy to refer you to a Coldwell Banker agent in your area.

"TIS THE SEASON" Homeowners have been waiting all year for the season to sell their homes. Now it's the time........................, It has been a couple of years that Sellers, have held off selling their home because of the economy and now every day there seems to be more and more confidence building in our country with respect to Real Estate. Especially in our area, everything is starting to re-adjust. It is an exciting time in Frisco, we have such a "sought" after area that people hear about all over the country. You are in the right place, Frisco, and you are experiencing the Selling Season.

Many of our home buyers like Grayhawk, the area is further north in Frisco

If you are interested in purchasing need think personal / professional lifestyle. Frisco has lot of Frisco due to new construction 100% no down payment loans, families could not sale home based on mortgage amounts, and value of home.

There has been quite a bit of controversy regarding the Frisco Square Town homes. There are allot of new development plans for the immediate area, parks, hotels etc...
Some Realtors think this will eventually be a hot spot like the Addison Square. You will most likely see county appraisals much higher than the actual sale in the last 2-years. The ones I viewed were very nice inside.
You can visit my web site and look under neighborhoods, and check out the Frisco web-site.
