Bill, along with what my colleagues have stated, there has been a huge spike in demand, which we know, high demand with low inventory raises prices.

How long is a piece of string?

The market seems good right now. If you want to move now, then now is probably the best time. Waiting to me, just means you pay interest, taxes, and mortgage on a home you don't want.
We never know what tomorrow will bring. Talks of the fiscal cliff could kill the market tomorrow. Lower interest rates to bring us out of a recession could bring us more buyers. We just never know what the future will hold.

We used to say March April May June was the busy selling season, but he Fall has been the new Spring this year.

I sure would like to see your home if you are thinking about selling .

Not a lot of homes in your area for sale right now, so it should be a good time.

Price of gas of over $4 a gallon much more expensive to build new homes Pre - exiting homes should see an increase in value. New home construction could be less sq ft. in a home
