Not impossible, First step will be to work on getting some of the negative items removed from your credit, order a copy of your credit report then examine it thuroughly then contact the credit bureaus in writing asking that they validate or remove inaccurate or conflicting information from your report once that is done you can then work on settling the smaller items first making sure when you settle or pay they agree to permanently removed the item from your credit report. Sometimes just one week is too soon to tell. That being said, none of those who saw it said "I've got to have it" because you don't have any offers. In this market, price and condition are selling homes. If you feel the condition can't be improved, the only other thing you can change is the price.
