If you are thinking about listing your home as a for sale by owner here on Trulia, you Can NOT do so.
A home has to be listed by a real estate brokerage on their multiple listing service then the listing agent or the office can list your home here on Trulia.

I strongly suggest for you to connect with a good local Realtor, to get the very best information on pricing, preparing your home, and all that comes with putting your home on the market, ready for
open houses and showings, you may want to consider some painting, some staging, you need
a good Realtor on your side especially for all the details and all that will follow once you get an
offer. If you need recommendations for local experienced Realtors get back to me and I gladly forward some to you for your consideration.

Sincerely yours,
