You can almost never buy a house and then turn right around and sell it for what you paid. A quick resale screams "desperation". It implies to the buyer that there is a problem with the house or that you've experienced some major shift in life circumstances or some other issue that made you change your mind right after you went through all of the trouble of buying this house.

Living near a school isn't always bad. Before you assume the worst case, you should look into whether the access to the pickup/drop off area will impact traffic on your street, what sort of barrier the school will build between your property and theirs and where the athletic fields will be.
