It's free to list on Trulia... for real estate agents, that is.

Trulia doesn't allow FSBO homes listed manually. You would have to pay a premium for a flat fee listing service. Selling with an agent will usually get you more money in the end, and it will sell faster with less hassle on you.

Hi Dixie, I know that sometimes it takes a while for a batch of new data to get uploaded from MLS, at least that is what I was told when I checked into a similar situation.
