Hello,

The data on the Public Record section of your property page is coming from your county records, because of this we are unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

Please note that the information that you updated will appear in the Owner Information section of your property page.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Thank you for using Trulia!

With your credit score, YOU are eligible for an MHDC Loan, they offer a downpayment FREE as long as you stay in the purchased property for 7 years. So there is your downpayment. You have your agent ask the sellers for 6% in closing costs in the contract. Your home will cost you very little out of pocket and I will gladly tell you who will do these types of loans. Just contact me at meme_702@att.net and I will explain this to you and provide you a lender to speak with personally.
