If you're just trying to find out if the property sold or not, I've found the easiest way to get the latest status is to call the auction company. There are a couple auction companies that do a good job of updating their web sites with auction results within 24 hours after the auction closes, but most auction sales take a long time to get processed and recorded, so you can't just check the public record the next day. ... more
