Just make sure your agent has a NAID # and is ready to go through the paperwork necessary to submit the HUD offer. The initial bid is the easy part. If you win the bid, you need to hurry up & sign & overnight the large stack of paperwork to HUD. HUD transactions are just a little more work than a typical deal and that is why some agents avoid them. To me, they add variety to the average.
