It depends on what the contract states. You need to start contacting a lawyer. Nobody here can advise you because we don't have a copy of the contract in front of us.

All commission rates are variable. Some companies enforce a certain percentage while other companies allow agents to decide what they will charge. Interview agents to see who will be the best fit for you and tour family.

Remember, the lowest rate does not always mean the highest quality. Always ask what you are paying for and how your money will be spent.

Placing your home on the market in Winter can be a small struggle within itself. Uploading photos that highlight your home with great lighting, neat/clean rooms and "warm" photos will only help when people look at the pictures. Check to see where your agent is advertising.

Only you can decide when you are not connecting with your agent and believe that you are not receiving the level of service that you desire.
