What ever they ask is not as important as your readiness to purchase- the bank is done and DONE when the property hits the market and they have a tendancy to work with the reasonably highest price but more so the best terms- read CASH- what ever your case.. the pre approved mortgage is essential.. get ready is the name of the game right now ... more
