My original post was on April 17th and, to date, no answer. Those of you that have replied make it clear that attention to 'follow up' is a part of your practice. Keep that work ethic up as it is the way that business gets done and client bases grow. Related to my original question I asked a North Shore (Chicago) Agent the question posed above. His reaction was that Trulia/Zillow and Craigs List were not good sources for a rental search. His comment was that the information is often inaccurate and is typically unreliable. This is central to my question as to whether Brokers/Agents are 'afraid' of these consumer mediums. Thoughts?
