Keep that work ethic up as it is the way that business gets done and client bases grow. Related to my original question I asked a North Shore (Chicago) Agent the question posed above. His reaction was that Trulia/Zillow and Craigs List were not good sources for a rental search. His comment was that the information is often inaccurate and is typically unreliable. I would strongly recommend that you get condo owner's coverage and require that your tenant get renter's insurance. The cost of these policies are very minimal in relation to the coverage provided. You need to be cognizant of both liability to your tenant and others as well as damage to property. The association insurance policy typically covers the physical structures but nothing inside of your unit (e.g. cabinets, appliances, fixtures, etc.). Talk with and agent and learn what options you have.
