Yeah, Andrea, I think it doesn't matter when we enter them anymore.

During the fast times, we'd worry about whether we had been perceived to have been on the market five days or seven - you wouldn't want to sign the paperwork on Sunday if you weren't ready to show until Thursday. "What's wrong with that house, it hasn't sold in five days," we'd fear.

Well, those days are gone. Buyers are now seeing houses, "This one's perfect," they'll say, "It's right up there at the top of our list."

I've thought for a long time that the public marketing remarks were for addressing the public directly, and the agent-only remarks had their purpose, as well.

So I think the only thing that's changed is that we don't care if we input it at 11pm "It'll waste a Day on Market" anymore.
