It can take 24-48 hours, but make sure your MLS even syndicates listings to this site. (not all do, and even if they do, not all agents choose to syndicate here).

Stats show that you will get more for your home if you list with a Professional Realtor. That move will pay for itself. I suggest you interview a few agents and find someone you can work with and feel comfortable hiring. I bet you will do better if you hire a professional. ... more

I wish there were more homes for sale in Aero Estates and Naper Aero, for fun loving pilots and aircraft owners to park their small planes in the hangars next to their house. There are 2 runways and a fuel pump, with other extras, making it one of the nicest of the about 8 Chicagoland residential Airparks. I have sold several homes with hangars here to pilot friends and they love it. ... more

The key answer here is AGENT! Your agent will be your best guide. They have the information on location, school districts, boundries etc that will be very helpful.

Rentals are hard to come by these days, especially detached single family homes, but we have a few in Naperville that just came on the market today. It also depends on how much you are willing to spend per month. We have detached and attached available, ranging from 1000/month to 3000/month. Give me a call and I can link you to the mls listings of these properties! When you are in the area we can go look at them.

Maureen Thom…, Home Seller in Aurora, IL
Fri Mar 1, 2013
Maureen Thomas answered:

I am a homeowner in this area, but I live in Aurora (60502) in what many believe is the best swim/tennis...and GOLF! community in the area: Stonebridge Country Club. Children in our community attend IPSD 204 schools, just as in 60564 and parts of 60565, AND they are fortunate enough to attend the District's newest high school, Metea Valley, completed in 2008. The homes in Stonebridge are very comparable to the homes in some of the west and south Naperville subdivisions mentioned in this thread, in terms of quality and age....just a lot cheaper, on average.....and the amenities of downtown Naperville are just as close. So, if you'd like to save 10-20% house for house, take a look at Stonebridge. Here's a link to our community website:

PS...I am not a Realtor but would be happy to refer you to Realtors who are familiar with Stonebridge, as well as tell you anything you need to know about the country club.

2. Hire good real estate attorney. You might think you can do this on your own , but need professional advice.

3. Make sure you have preapproval/approval of mortgage agreement. even with cash, make sure it is available.

Michele Nixon, Real Estate Pro in Naperville, IL
Fri Apr 13, 2012
Michele Nixon answered:
Hi Graciela,

I don't understand the question. Which subdivision are you asking about?

Many of the planned developments are structured so there is a closer community feel to them. The homes are closer together, there is usually an elementary school within the subdivision, a typical sized lot is about 1/4 of an acre which is usually a good size considering the time needed to maintain it.

There are many subdivisions like that in the zip code of 60564 such as High Meadow, Tall Grass, Mission Oaks and so many more.

I'm happy to help if I understand the question but, maybe I've answered it?

Hello Gamisko,
I have closed several loans for individuals who have had foreclosure's in the past. The underwriter will be looking for documentation that shows, not only that the property was foreclosed on at least 3 years prior, however, they will also want to ensure that the bank that owned the property was able to sell the property and get the debt off their books, at least 3 years prior to you entering a new mortgage. Hope this helps.
