Hi Talytaly,

I can do FHA and VA loans down to a 580 score BUT you have to remember that your score is a small part of qualifying for a mortgage.
You may have the required score & still not qualify because of issues with your credit history.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.

Suzanne's answer (below) is correct. Your scores will vary not only between repositories (Equifax, Experian and Transunion), but also depending on the type of credit report run. When you apply for a mortgage, your lender or broker will pull a report specific to our industry.

Hello Newpapa96,

Stay in the home till the bank or their agents contact you about moving , you have anywhere from 3 to 4 months in my opinion.

make sure you ask them about cash for keys, usually banks will pay you a small fes to kleave the home in good shape.

when you are ready to move contact me about my rental homes, i have access to over 300 of them which my company own. we work with people who had forclouser on their credit. thanks.

Best Regards,

Thalia Poulos answered:

I'm going to approach your question with a recent experience:
I have a buyer who liked a property that is underpriced. It showed up on the MLS Friday.

The listing agent priced it so low that it got frenzied interest - which is a strategy.
The listing agent received 40 phone calls the first day. So, now what will he do with all those inquiries?
Did that serve a purpose? Maybe.
And, maybe he didn't even know he was underpricing it since he's not from the area.

It will be interesting to see what that property sells for. I'm sure it will sell quickly!

Dave - Home prices sales will be relative to the area of Aurora in which you are selling. The 60505 zip code has taken a heavy hit with the number of foreclosures in the area, but, other zip codes within the city has sustained well. Regardless, you are better narrowing your locality and referring to a Realtor for more detailed information. Hope this helps! ... more
