Let your loan officer know that you are unable to put another 5K in the bank as you may need it for your wedding in September. I suggest that you shop around and switch lender if necessary

Please contact the listing agent on the property and/or the broker of the real estate office. This is a contract issue that needs to be completed. It appears that you are covered by the contract to have the property fixed by the seller and if it is not happening their agents need to look into this and have them complete the repairs as to the contract.

Good Luck!

The price per square foot in this area is around $120 - $140 depending on the quality of finishes (i.e. cabinetry, flooring, windows, countertops, lighting, appliances..etc) If this isn't what you were looking for please let me know what I can help with. Thanks! Hilary ... more
