Upon further review of your property page, I see your property is in 'Public Record' status. This means your home is off the market and for informative purposes only. We display property information on Trulia to provide consumers with transparent real estate information. We receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from your county. Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgages. For this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Trulia.

I hope that you have found a solution to your home buying needs, if not I'd love to help you out. There are a few ways that an agent can help list and sell your home (different roles we can take on).

I'd be more than willing to sit down and talk to you, no obligation. I just want to make sure that you are aware of the options out there.

I would also like to extend the offer for a free market analysis on the property you are thinking about selling.

I am not sure where you getting your info. Are we all in the same city? I am in Edina, no foreclosures on those two streets. If you are getting info from some other web site, they can be accessing bank DB's, who knows.. Some get info from other than MLS. Hennepin county does publish Sheriff's sales. Got to Henn. county Sheriff's sales. The sale date is 6 months before final foreclosure.
Anything under 500k in Edina in Foreclosure will get heavy traffic immediately. If a a good buy, will be gone in first week. You need to get a Realtor, Bank properties move fast if worth anything.
