Lori,
Homes appearing in Realty Trac are typically NOT FOR SALE!
You can observe a number a labels in the status field such as 'Transfer' that have no releveance or meaning to a citizen looking to purchase a residence.
-
If you are looking for homes that YOU can BUY, you need to have access to the local MLS.
Spending your time on aggregate websites and trolling other aggregrate resources is a reflection of the value you place on YOUR time.
-
Contact a REALTOR(r) in the location you are moving to and request access to the local MLS. This is the ONLY reliable, comprehensive, accurate, timely and releveant database of homes for sale available. AND, you can have FREE access.
-
Call an Evansville REALTOR (r) and promote yourself to the serious resources serious buyers need.

Best of success to you,

I would like to know also if your referring to the home on N.Sable drive in Milton as it was listed as a rental on Craiglist and was shown last Sat. and application fees were collected w/out reciepts and all thought it was scam, as this is a very upscale area and this was listed 4 bedroom 3 bath pets allowed for $800.00 per month. and girl who showed it was a friend of the owner we assume and wouldn't give any info out about him. Not good. As a renter we always get our backgrounds checked and credit so it is only fair and smart to find out if the Landlord is someone we would rent from and when he doesn't want to be known is alot fishy. ... more
