Our observation is that buyers are generally of an agreeable attitude and appreciate what we do to support their interests. It is the sellers that create the concern and can be more difficult. They often feel we are trying to take advantage of them, aren't doing enough to promote their home, and basically don't know what we are doing.
We have found that these challenging individuals offer the opportunity for professional to learn and grow by proving to them that their impressions about us are wrong. There is no better feeling than when an agent brings around one of these "tough characters" to truly understanding and appreciating what we do for them.
Our advice is rather than complaining about these individuals, rise to the challenge and make a difference. It's your business and our profession that's on the line. Instead of playing into their false impression.....change it!!!!!
