Jon Boyd answered:
This home went through foreclosure in April of 2008 so the lender would typically wait about six months and put it on the market unless there were complications.

So I would expect it to come on the market soon.

Freddie Mac normally sells their properties through REALTOR offices.

If you are interested in having the help of a buyer's agent office, we would be happy to speak to you.

We are loyal to buyers only. We'll never ask you to accept designated agency or dual agency.

JoAnn Barrett answered:
Hello Angele,
This home was on the market at $3.5 Million beginning in September 2006. The house is gorgeous, but only had 3 bedrooms above ground level, including the master. Alot of the square footage was in the more public spaces. It sold for $2.6 million with a $6000 credit at closing to the buyer. The home was designed by architect Lincoln Poley, who also designed the home at 1952 Cambridge, which is currently on the market for $1.185 million.
If you are looking for a home in this price range, there are several available which the homeowners are not listing in the MLS. Let me know if I can help you.
