If you're the agent, you should be able to log into your agent account here on Trulia and manually edit your listing info, including adding or removing photos. Trulia typically gets data from the local MLSs. Not sure what C-21 Nation is? Is that your brokerage? Check with you office admin or managing broker. ... more

Going into the market without a professional by your side is very risky. I have seen for sale by owners listed on these sites and unintentionally the listings have fair housing violations and put the home owner in a precarious situation. Go to and print out your report from one of the 3 credit bureaus.
Bring it with you and show it to the landlord or his agent. If the report is satisfactory it could
