Please be advised the image you are seeing is provided to us from Google images of which we do not have the ability to edit or remove. My recommendation would be to contact Google to request they blur out your photo and home photo. Please feel free to use these steps:

How to get your property blurred:
1. On your Trulia Property Page, click 'View Map'.
2. Click 'Street View'.
3. Click 'Report a problem' found on the bottom right of the photo.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Click Submit.

Hopefully this information is helpful.

Thank you for using Trulia!

We can all sit here and claim our brokerage is tops. They are all #1 in some way it just depends on what measurement you are using. The main thing for you is to find an Agent that knows the areas that you want to be in and can offer honest guidance through the process. I happen not to know much about the Southside, but give me anything in the central, north, west or east and I have it covered. Interview agents and find out if they have the time for you. The big name agents get alot of business but they don't necessarily rank high in personal customer service. Many agents have reviews posted on Trulia, Zillow etc and that can be a good place to start as well. Also if you know anyone here in Indy ask for recommendations just make sure they know the market. Let me know if I can assist in any way. I would be happy to send you my client testimonials. I also moved here from out of state a while back so I understand getting familiar with an area. Hi John,

Thank you for your help! I really appreciate it!

We are looking for a 2bedroom,1-2BA or a 3BD, 2-3BA to share with a roommate. We have to have something pet-friendly as we have one small/med sized dog. And we would love to have a fenced yard for him. We are looking to move in around mid-July to early-August.

For the 2bedroom, we are hoping to pay no more than $600-700, and about $900 for the 3 bedroom. We also do not have appliances and are hoping to get a refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer, and we are hoping for them to be fairly updated.

We both have cars and prefer to use those instead of taking buses unless we are living in the heart of downtown.

We currently live on the east side with our parents (we are recent college grads), so we are very familiar with the types of neighborhoods on this side of town. In other parts of town, we feel a lot less confident in making those decisions, so I will take a look at that link you gave me when I get off work!

Feel free to email or call me at and 3174301077.

Thank You,

Hi Debra:

I would be happy to help you find a home that fits your criteria. It looks as though, based off the zip code, are you looking for a property in the Decatur /Wayne Township area? I did some research and found several properties in this area, 15 to be exact, when I set a search of $30,000 or less. Keep in mind, I ran this search without any additional information as to what you are looking for in a home or how much you would like to spend. Of these 15 properties, they ranged from $10,000 up to $29,900.

I encourage you to speak with numerous agents and find one that you "get a good feel" with as I say. The chemistry between the buyer and realtor is important in making the homebuying process not only run smoothly but enjoyable. Buying a home is a big decision and you want to make sure you feel you have the right agent.

If you are currently interviewing agents, I would love the opportunity to meet with you. Please feel free to contact me directly at 317-590-3434.
