Fishers,
It depends on the property, the elevation, the value of the home and probably other factors. You need to speak to a local insurance agent who sells in the area you want to buy. Show them the address of the property and they can let you know.
Make sure you ask about what the rate may be doing in the near future. Flood insurance is not a fixed amount and I believe the rates will be increasing dramatically.

55 showings is unheard of unless you are in a new home community. If you are getting offers then the problem could be price. No offer should ever be rejected without at least counter offering it. You should sit and ask your agents straight up why it has not sold. Then invite a couple of other agent sin and ask them. The fall is just as good if not better than spring to sell. But first you need the answer to why it has not sold. ... more

SW:

Each rental is different as far as move-in cost. In my experience, most residential rentals charge First months rent (or a pro-rated amount depending on the day of move-in), a deposit (equal to first months rent or more), a separate non-refundable pet deposit ($300-$500) with an additional $25 per pet, per month, over the course of the lease. You asked if the deposit could be divided across two months. This would be something you would need to address with the specific management company and/or landlord as they would be the one to decide if you could divide the deposit across two months. I know the initial move-in costs can be a bit high. Apartments tend to require less down on the damage deposit. Good luck to you on your move! I hope you found this information helpful!

Definitely yes! Just maintain an exceptional credit history from the date of the discharge and use an experienced real estate broker to secure a nice home using lease, then purchase or lease with option. Of course, you must use every effort to build your credit while you are awaiting your desired sale closing date. Visit http://www.cashback4buyers.com. ... more
