No offense, but if it is on a busy street and nobody is making an offer, you are probably over the market value. Were the comps on a busy street? The value of your home is in a RANGE, not a single price. List it closer to the bottom of the range and you'll have more potential buyers. List it closer to the top of the range and you'll have fewer potential buyers. Depending on MANY variables, 120 days does not seem like a huge number. How serious are you about selling? Weigh all these factors and revisit two decisions: whether to keep it on the market (sell) and is your list price set optimally to meet your goal.
