You can't. Only real estate professionals can post on Trulia. Try Zillow instead.

Our home is estimated on all other websites for over $500,000 but Trulia has us estimated at $239,000. HUGE discrepancy!!! WHY???

201 Equestrian Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029

Trulia from what I can find out is headquartered in China. The other websites are within the United States of America.

We had both tax assessor and appraiser and they both were over $500,000 with the appraiser at $560,000. Trulia, you need to repair your software! Zillow is much closer of an estimator.

Lenders and appraisers do not even look at internet valuations, so they say. You can log into these websites and try to fix their errors, but the computers does not change or update their valuation of property. Good luck getting anything changed on this website!!!!

Hi Wes,

Here is a good link for Summit:

http://www.co.summit.oh.us/executive/emalinks.htm

Also, check your local phone directory for police, sheriff, fire department, emergency ambulance, etc. Don't forget 911 on your phone. You might want to select several and have them as contacts in your cell phone or handy list near your home phone.

We're looking to rent in Akron (and surrounding area) could you send me details on the home? BR/BA and such. My husband got a great job in Cleveland and we'd like to live outside the city. Akron seems like a nice town. Thanks.

Oh and we're not looking to purchase because we own a home here (that we're renting out) and would like to get a lay of the land in a new town before hand. Thanks!

Cindy get your Realtor® to go with you on the first visit. Sometimes we can get things by playing one builder off another. I closed on a market home a couple of months ago that the builder broke the basement floor to put in a half bath in the lower level for free. We ended up with a finished lower level with a half bath at no extra cost. They were holding us asking for an extra 5000.00 until I let them know with my clients permission that we were walking lots with another builder. ... more

The Akron planning commission will handle that for you, I suggest talking to Mike Antenucci as he is most helpful in these matters.
