You need to find a real estate agent in your area to help you. They can search for all handicap accessible properties. Then they can cross reference to see which ones might qualify for special loan programs such as USDA no money down, or possible owner financing. You mortgage company/loan officer can find it on Flagstar's website. Flagstar, as some other lenders as well, sometimes require you use one of thier approved appraisers.
