A lender provided a "playbook" for people underwriter and allowed it to be Re-Blogged so I have it on one of my sites .... link below.
Another lender commented on the original post and was ranting about how wrong it was. I am not !00% sure if by wrong he was saying that it was morally wrong, but I think he was making the assumption that the first lender Charles Daley was telling borrowers to use short sales to "strategically" default on their mortgages. the lender who was ranting removed his comment but he has forwarded it to me... when I asked "where did it go?"
