If you know you can't get a loan it should be because you applied and were denied - right? I'm asking because people usually speculate, and often wrongly. So assuming you were denied, what was the reason or reasons for the denial? Those are the things you need to work on. For a lender it isn't just about credit score if you have outstanding judgments or $100,000 income if your debt load is the same. To obtain a loan you must meet the lenders minimum criteria in all aspects.
Think about what was said to you or the denial letter if you received one. This is you map to fix the things that are holding you back.
