Chip Dykeman answered:
Price per square foot is all over the board.
It depends on the location within the zip code area referenced, the types of finishes you desire
(custom, builder grade, etc) , the exterior finish (brick, vinyl, etc), the type of home (a rancher is more
expensive due to the size of the footprint), and so on.

Are you looking for something specific or comparing a home you have found to make an offer?
With a little bit more information I can be of assistance.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at 865.604.5083.

I am also a member of the Home Builders Association. ... more
