FYI, I used to be a teacher as well which is why I started my "Teachers Deserve a Piece of the Cake" Program. With each closing my clients' choose a teacher and I donate $100 to their classroom. If my client is a teacher, they can use the money for their own classroom. (Just something to keep in mind if I can ever help you in a home sale and/or purchase.

Kingston Woods is a nice area that has held it value well.

The number of trains passing through there is not high. However, unless a buyer really likes trains, or is willing to pay less to live near a track, then the number of people who would be willing to purchase and live there is going to be somewhat limited.

There are exceptions to everything. For example, train tracks don't seem to bother those who live along Westland to the south and in Echo Valley.

Most buyers probably just left a home or apt. in a living condition like yours so don't be afraid, they are in the same boat as you are.
They are not there to buy your kids or pets so relax and live.
The only word of caution I must give is about aggressive animals. Don't let them scare away a good or great buyer. Instead put them away.
