I'm not up to date on TN contract rules but normally no. once the contract is agreed upon and signed you have committed to selling. The contract protects the buyers because it is common for sellers to think they can get a better deal after they have already signed. Some people just change their mind about moving. You can explain your situation to the buyers but depending on who they are or what they have invested in your deal I would expect a lawsuit. What was your goal to sell in the first place? Maybe rethink why you listed your house in the first place and that may ease your remorse and give you the motivation to move forward. Good luck!
