Hi Alicia,
Clarksville in general is a nice place to live at. There are a huge selection of safe area's you could live at. I suggest looking on the following websites: Realtor.com, and Redfin.com
I use both websites, and find a lot of useful information regarding different area's in Clarksville.

Best wishes,
Trish ?

Hello George,
You had a great question and with the wide array of answers you received (some great and some blatantly biased) I was curious to see how things worked out for you. I am sure I am not the only one curious what you decided and how it went! ... more

We moved to a townhome on Peabody Drive in June 2013 and are so sorry that we chose this area. It is noisy, constant parties, loud and crudely obscene musicblasting until wee hours of the morning. We have had the police here almost daily, even knocking on our door by mistake to respond to a complaint made by someone.

We are a retired married couple and this is only a temporary arrangement for us. We will be moving to California in the fall and will be so glad to get out of here! The day we looked at looked at this rental the streets were quiet but it was definitely NOT a representation of the status of this area. Our very first night in our new home a street fight between two black women resulted in several police cars out front in the middle of the night. I knew then that this was a bad choice and was very sorry the property management agent had not tried to at least suggest that this area might not be the best choice. He could have steered us to one of his properties in another neighborhood of which he had several available but he didn't.

If you want a nice area to live in that is safe and quiet, DO NOT MOVE here!!!

When looking at a lot of the questions on these R.E. websites. I would bet at least half of them are really coming from Agents in that area, just to see what the response is going to be. I have also seen a few Former Agents do it. ... more

I used the zip 37042 in order to get these stats, but you can put any zip code in and it will produce the stats for that area.

Click the link to learn things like; median sales price, average days on the market, and how many houses are listed in that area.
