It means we are customers of the Zillow Group (which Trulia is a part of) and pay to advertise here and appear on listings in the zip codes we select. I've been doing it for 7 years now. It's a great way to meet buyers.

A quick comment of the previous answer. There is really no such thing as membership. None of us are members of the Zillow Group. Any real estate can register here if they so choose.

Have you considered converting this property as a rental property? Rental homes like this tend to be in high demand in this area and several of my clients have hired me to generate a revenue stream for homes they want to sell, until the value increases.

As of March 2015, this home should rent for $1,500 per month and earning a rent check sure beats leaving the home empty and earning you zero.

Median Sq Ft is 1866.
Median Bedrooms is 3.
Median Bathrooms is 2.0. (ie, no half bath)

Per the MLS the HOA fee is $50 a month. I have been in Legacy Park many times and even remember when they were building it. I see there is only one house on the market currently. It will be quite difficult to find a rental where credit check is not required. Florida's Landlord and tenant laws mostly favor the tenants and landlords have to follow specific procedure to evict a non-paying tenant. So landlords would rather play it safe than sorry. Your best bet would be to approach the homeowners themselves and present your case. May be with strong references from your previous landlords coupled with a healthy financial income, the homeowner would waive the credit check requirement. Good luck with your search! ... more

zillow support answered:
If your mother purchased said property as "primary residence" , she signed 2 documents - promisory note and mortgage. Since she was married to your dad at the time, most likely he was required to sign the mortgage too, not the "note". Your father is responsible for the terms of the mortgage.

The best way to find out is if your dad requests a copy of his credit report . If the loan in default was reported on his name too it will show there. If it doesn't show - he would not have any problems to obtain a mortgage providing that he meet all other qualification criteria.

As a consumer he can get a free credit report from all 3 agencies ( and it will not show as an inquary) by visiting
