Sally Grenier answered:
This home is NOT for sale, nor has it been for sale. It's a bogus "foreclosure" listing on Trulia which really means nothing, except the owners have missed some payments and the bank has files an NED (notice of election and demand) with the County. If this home was for sale it would say "FOR SALE"! If you interested in buying a home, I suggest you hire a Realtor as your Buyer's Agent. He/she can search the MLS for all available listings that fit your search criteria, including foreclosures.

Keep in mind, this is just a marketing site and the listings aren't necessarily accurate, nor up to date.

The best source of listings will be your agent. Good luck!

There are a lot of factors to this equation, first what was the purchase price of the property, how much did you put down, what are the expenses to keep up the home, the insurance cost, repair and replacement figures also need to be included. Your best bet is to contact a Certified Professional Property Manager to run the numbers for you. Look for the PPMC designation. ... more

I am thinking to buy a house for a rental investment. Is Spring Hill a good rental area? What tenants more likely to get? If a $50000 2b/2b/1c or 2c house, how much would get for rent roughly?…

that depends! I would have to take a look at it, in person, and see what kind of condition it is! If you are looking to sell it, i can tell you how long the average marketing time is, and what similar houses like yours have sold for in the recent past in your area. I can also make suggestions as what to do to increase the sale price, decrease the time on the market, and how to properly price and market your house, as well as show you how you can save money by using my professional service over some other real estate brokerage service! That can amount to thousands of dollars in savings!

If you are interested in finding out what the market is paying for a house like yours currently on the market, call me, and i will show the results of my research and explain what it mean to you and what other expenses you may have inconnect with the sale of your house as well.
