This home is NOT for sale, nor has it been for sale. It's a bogus "foreclosure" listing on Trulia which really means nothing, except the owners have missed some payments and the bank has files an NED (notice of election and demand) with the County. If this home was for sale it would say "FOR SALE"! If you interested in buying a home, I suggest you hire a Realtor as your Buyer's Agent. He/she can search the MLS for all available listings that fit your search criteria, including foreclosures.

Keep in mind, this is just a marketing site and the listings aren't necessarily accurate, nor up to date.

The best source of listings will be your agent. Good luck!
