That is because you cannot post a listing directly to Trulia unless you are a real estate agent. Zillow allows FSBO listings to be posted.

So, basically they have decided to sell the home and provide owner financing to you. In a sale everything is negotiable, so start asap and ask for everything you want. Be sure to negotiate the terms, Interest, down payment, length of loan, who pays taxes, insurance, etc. And how title is held during their financing. If you have poor credit this can in fact be a great way for you to become a home owner.. however if you have decent credit you should probably look into other traditional routes for home ownership... just my 2 cents. I own and have sold/bought using owner financing/lease options as well as with traditional financing. ... more

Actually, many villa communities do include exterior maintenance of the units by the association, the same as condos. Plus most villas are organized under the state regulations as condominium associations. Therefore many times agents will put villas under the category of condos. ... more

Here's what I think you should be considering: "A fool and his money are soon parted."

Buying foreclosures on the courthouse steps is extremely risky and unless you have considerable experience as a contractor and are working with an attorney who you have had review the title work on the property your considering you are likely heading down the path of financial pain.

Foreclosures are rarely the deal most buyers assume them to be and buying them at auction exponentially increases your risk of disaster. I would encourage you to read the link I've attached below and proceed with caution.
