Hi Samira!

Sometimes it's easier to get around quickly on bike. It makes everything close because we have a growing number of bike lanes.

On any given Sunday -- you'll see folks coming to our open houses on their bikes spanning from Lido and riding to Siesta. Make the ride fun, easy, and energetic.

From Captain Curt (Stickney Point Bridge) to Siesta Key University (Village)-- takes me 7 minutes. This area is also approximately the span of Crescent Beach. From Sunrise to 10am, I always see runners and walkers at the waters edge -- covering the same distance.

Some of the communities are 13 acres on the bay side. And another 12 acres on the gulf side. With the lushness of the landscape -- distance seems to be covered fast.

Lots of folks will agree with what you've probably already found out -- sometimes a $150.00 bike can give you access to the beach without spending the extra $500,000 to be "right ON " the beach. :-)

Sunny Regards,
