Yes, the borrower has the right to pay the final judgment amount any time before the date of sale in full. A check will need to be paid to the Broward Clerk of Court at the courthouse who will "satisfy" the judgment and alert the bank lawyers it is paid off; and your lawyer will coordinate this and get the sale date cancelled. If you have a pending sale date consult with an attorney IMMEDIATELY.

You may need to act quicker though as you signed 11 days ago, it will depend when your closing date is. Most closings are 30-45 days and you are cutting your time short by waiting. You should shop for a mortgage before making an offer on a home. Most banks will have similar rates, it is the service that7 differs, ... more

I've done the demographics for Naples and since the majority of homes are 2nd homes and the majority of people are of retirement age, it maybe a great place but not for the "kiddies". We even looked ourselves for homes in Naples, and found after speaking with neighbors of homes for sale, the people were thrilled we did "NOT" have kids. People like it nice and quiet and peaceful there, try
the East Coast, Orlando or even Ft. Myers but I wouldn't recommend Naples for those with kids, take a wild guess why the taxes are so low in Collier Cnty.....FEW schools That's why we are buying there, my husband and I after all the yrs of paying for all our neighbors kids, and this wonderful new generation that is supposed to care for us??? You gotta be kidding, we didn't get to write off our dogs, so people with kids, puhlease please how about 2 kids, noone needs to be selfish with the enviornment, NOONE needs more then 1 or 2 kids. We are overpopulated enough!

Hi,

You can find many nice pool homes throughout Bonita, Estero and North Naples. Pool homes can be found in gated or non-gated communities. Gated communities offer you amenities such as clubhouse, fitness etc. that a non-gated community typically does not offer. In exchange for this you do not have the deed restrictions or fees associated with such communities. Some fees are very reasonable and you can have a private pool home with a resort lifestyle in a gated community. This all depends on your preference. Here are three links I can share with you where you can find pool homes in any price range. Please let me know how I can further assist you.

I have said before that now is the time to buy for many reasons.

That being said, I do not think this is the forum for political debate. When you express opinions for one political party or another, you are telling 50% of the people with opposing views that you do not value their business.

We are happy to work with clients who support either party to find exceptional properties in the Naples area. Just give us a call at 239-263-7777.

That question can best be answered in two ways. What year was it built and what does a certified, bonded and licensed home inspector say? There are tell tale signs to look for but I would say on the most part the majority of drywall issues have been identified.

By the way, I have friends that live in Indigo Lakes and love it.
