The loan type will help determine what is the requirements for a new build home. If you are purchasing using a conventional loan the minimum loan requirement would be 3-5% down if the builder is using their funds to build the home. If you are looking at FHA loan then the requirement is 3.5% down payment. I would be delighted to provide you with some mortgage options, this does not require us pulling your credit and will allow you to make the best decision for your family.

Location is the key. 34110 covers a wide area. to be able to give you the right information it would be mandatory to know the property address.
