Stay far away from Positano Place, the management is corrupt, HOA fees are rising yet services are cut. Trash compacted replaced with a open dumpster garbage is all over & rats are now present. The head of security is also a board member who is vile vindictive and frequently causes renters to be evicted based on her made up false allegations. The manager Jack is a putz and simply takes her word instead of researching the allegations. Your personal information in the managers (Jack) is NOT protected and he frequently gives this board member access to all residents files.
HOA fees are going up yet they are penny pinching in all aspects.
Also there are over a dozen hidden cameras throughout the property and your privacy is compromised. The psycho board member impersonates being a Collier County sheriff's officer when in fact she is a civilian employee. Watch your back if you dare look at her wrong because she can & will make your life miserable. A radar gun is used on the property to illegally fine residents for supposedly going over the 10mph speed limit. I could go on but the list of "wrongs" that go on here is very lengthy.
There are much nicer larger units reasonably priced at several other developments in Naples. Please do the research and cross Positano OFF your list.

I am ok with the $350 HOA fees. I want to know about developments right near the Fairways that has good amenities also. I do like Fairways, but would like to know of other options close by that are as good or even better than Fairways. ... more
