that should have been addressed in the contract in which the banks accepted your home back,. basically the bank is responsible for paying them now, however they can come back to you for the time you were there. your best bet is not to do anything, you kind of have to wait to see if teh bank is going hold you responsible for teh difference in what you owed and what they get in a sale. this also should have been outlined in your deed in lieu of foreclosure contract. good luck ... more
